The US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) has released footage showing a suspected drug-trafficking vessel being destroyed during an operation in the Caribbean, an action the command said killed four people allegedly involved in narcotics trafficking. The video shows a "go-fast" vessel travelling at sea before being struck and exploding. SOUTHCOM said the operation was carried out by Joint Task Force Western Hemisphere along what it described as established narcotics-trafficking routes in the Caribbean.
