Among the worst-hit cities of the Russia-Ukraine war is Kharkiv, where many students are still reportedly trapped in bunkers. A group of students who managed to escape the city spoke to NDTV about the horrifying journey which included witnessing a missile attack, walking for 15 kilometres to a railway station. The students say they wanted help from the Indian government in Ukraine but were left to fend for themselves in a war zone.
